EQUAL-ARK Singapore Ltd is an Institution of Public Character (IPC) under the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) and a Full Member of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS) under the Children, Youth & Family sector.
Their mission is to help vulnerable youth remain engaged in the community through education and employment, through a philosophy of equine-assisted learning.
EQUAL is a unique program offering Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) activities for youth in need. They provide equine activities for vulnerable youth in partnership with horses, staff and trained volunteers. EQUAL-ARK offers programs which are EQUAL Therapy, EQUAL Scholar-Lite and EQUAL Scholars. In these programs, beneficaries participate in three equine-assisted activities, including horseplay/horsemanship, interactive vaulting and riding.
