Our main focus is to improve EQUAL-ARK’s effectiveness by analysing data, observing its operations, and suggesting ways in which they may be more effective. With our help, we hope that the organisation can improve its operational efficiency in keeping the quality of its program high or increasing the number of programs it runs.
In the future, we also hope to work directly with the beneficiaries of EQUAL, i.e. the vulnerable youths. Together, with these youths and kids, we will organise a workshop that involves these At-Risk Youths to teach a certain skill/craft to even younger children belonging to children homes/schools.
Through this project, we hope that we can help these youths by increasing their leadership, confidence, independence and interpersonal skills, which can help them to integrate into society better.
